2.2 Why Martial Arts?

Previously…2.1 – Cycles & Memories – The Big Picture

I’ve always loved watching Martial Arts movies, and reading about medieval knights, warriors and fighters, whether futuristic or past…and have always wanted to do martial arts. Not fighting arts, Martial Arts…the Real Thing, with healing and spiritual growth incorporated.

Have you ever wondered why the main theme in most martial arts movies is that of a student training against all odds with an old master in a secluded spot in the mountains or wherever?…and then he faces (and conquers) the villain or someone who threatens the village or a woman he loves…and so on and so on.

Besides the universal theme of overcoming the self, getting to know your strengths and overcoming your weaknesses, through the physical training of both body and mind, the theme of training alone with an old master must come from somewhere if so many has this in their psyche.

I know I’ve done warrior training a lot of times, not just in various martial arts and armies in China, but also in Native Indian times, and probably in ancient times in Greece as well as in medieval times. As an archer (Legolas is a hero!), a sword fighter, definitely a Tuareg Noble on horseback and a Native American Indian.

Handling a rifle is also familiar, especially long range, so I’ve probably been an assassin (recently…and elsewhere) as well.

…and yes, I’ve trained with an old master in the mountains too!

…and I’ve been the old master.

I also remember being a Ninjutsu warrior, not just once, but four times, at various stages during those turbulent times in Japan in the time of the Samurai.

I’ve also been a peasant killed by a Samurai

And then I remember being in other types of settings unfamiliar to Earth, more “futuristic” space-like settings. Star Wars, Star Trek type of feel. Doing other types of martial art fighting, similar, but different to here…having different abilities, mostly involving mental abilities like telepathy and telekinesis…and teleportation. This has always being a big theme in my life and characters!

So has dragons! They crop up everywhere and are usually the type that are linked to humans telepathically! What a awesome team!

The story of Eragon is a prime example of this. If you think about it, this type of bond between man and beast must come from somewhere?!

People who write stories like this are either remembering, or they are tapping into the group consciousness of those of us who have had experiences like this.

This brings us to the topic of the Akashic Records – the Book of Life for each of us and all of us here on Earth. Your Book of Life contains the information of every experience and emotion that you have ever had, in each and every incarnation. It is in a special vibrational form that some people can tune into and “read”. If you have been able to partly or totally remove the memory block that we all have (and agree to) when we incarnate into a physical body here on Earth, then you would be able to remember who you’ve been and what you have experienced.

All of us know the feeling when you meet someone you’ve never met before, but you feel you know them? This comes from having known them in some past life.

You don’t really need to remember your past lives in order to complete the task/s you have set yourself in this one, you can accomplish it just by “doing life”, listening to your intuition and following your heart. No-one can tell you what the “right” thing is for you to do, you have to decide for yourself…and take responsibility for your action, whether it is in this life, or the next! And that is what Karma is – the rebalancing of the books…or in simpler terms…experiencing the other side.

There is no such thing as right or wrong. Every experience simply IS, exactly that, an experience. It fits within the Big Picture and is in perfect balance. Eventually. Even if it takes a billion years…

I’ve been a warrior for so many lifetimes, it is part of my beingness. This is not necessarily a negative thing.

In a vast number of lifetimes I have killed a lot of people.

This was, for me, the other side of the coin.

A side I needed to experience, to bring balance within my being.

For I have also been a Healer, Shaman, Sorcerer and Caretaker.

I am a Warrior of Light. I am the Sword. I am the Light.

I AM.

Thanks for the Thumbs Up, Christian! Hope you keep popping in, the reason I’m doing this site is quite amazing…I’m giving my background in this way – so that I can reveal my Life Mission and actually achieve the first part of it!

I’ve recently remembered everything – WHO I AM and WHY I’M HERE
